Creative Direction: Developed the overarching concept and vision for the skin set and comic, ensuring it aligned with the game’s brand and narrative style.
Art Direction: Guided the illustration team through concepting, storyboarding, and final turnarounds, providing detailed feedback on design, color palettes, and composition to ensure cohesive visuals.
Layout & Branding: Guided the creative direction for layout and character design, ensuring consistency with the PUBGM aesthetic while bringing the Atlantian pirate theme to life. Oversaw the creative execution to maintain alignment with the game's visual identity.
Management: Directed the team from initial sketches to final comic book illustrations, coordinating with developers for in-game skin integration and ensuring social media support aligned with the promotional campaign.
